Faulty Products
We want to ensure you have a great experience with our products. If you receive a faulty product, don’t worry—let’s sort it out! First, please check the batteries, as many issues can be fixed by ensuring they’re correctly inserted or replaced.
If your product has a Battery Tab, remember to remove it before use. If the product still has a fault, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include your order number. We’ll happily arrange a replacement for you. If the same item is unavailable, we’ll provide you with store credit so you can choose another product from our collection.
Cancelling Orders
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet (you’ll receive a shipping notification via email). Reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if your order has already been picked and packed. For orders placed with Laybuy, Afterpay, or credit card options (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay), a 20% transaction fee will be charged for canceled orders.
Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you carefully check product details, including sizing information, before completing your purchase. We cannot exchange items based on sizing issues.
That said, we will always honor our obligations under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. If you receive an incorrect item based on your order, we will exchange it for the right one at no cost.
Defective Items
We accept returns for defective items under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 48 hours of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or order/delivery confirmation).
The product must be inspected to verify the defect. If confirmed, a replacement will be offered.
If the defect cannot be confirmed on-site, the product may be sent for further inspection.
Note: Many issues are due to unfamiliarity with the product. Please refer to the product manual or contact us for guidance before returning the item.
Warranty Information
Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. If your item is defective beyond the 7-day return period, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided, except in cases where a replacement item is unavailable or if a product was purchased in error and remains unopened.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Hygiene and Safety
Due to health and hygiene standards, any used or opened intimate product cannot be accepted for return or exchange. This policy ensures the safety and comfort of all our customers.
