$10 Flat Rate Shipping Within New Zealand

We offer flat rate shipping anywhere in New Zealand for $10 per order (no signature)—whether you buy one item or several, you’ll only pay a flat rate of $10. All orders are shipped with NZ Post and include tracking. At checkout, you can choose between “Signature Required” or “Signature Not Required” options. If you have specific delivery instructions, feel free to leave them in the shipping notes section at checkout. Please note, we currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.

 

1-3 Working Days Shipping Time

Based on our experience with NZ Post, most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. While we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, occasionally delays may occur due to unforeseen events like natural disasters. In most cases, your order will arrive the next day!Please be aware that we only process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

1 hour Click & Collect 

In-Store Pickup: Customers who purchase online can choose the Click & Collect option for in-store pickup. You will be notified when your order is ready.

 

Free Shipping on Orders Over $75

Enjoy free shipping with NZ Post when your order total exceeds $75 at checkout.

 

Discreet Packaging for Your Privacy

We understand the importance of discretion. Your order will arrive in plain NZ Post packaging, without any branding related to our store. The sender’s name will appear as “Peace Trade Limited” on the shipping label, ensuring your privacy is protected.

 

Weekend & Holiday Dispatch

Our team processes and ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

 

Delivery and Tracking

Once the shipping carrier marks the parcel as “delivered,” Euphoria is no longer responsible for the package.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by NZ Post, we will offer a replacement or refund after their investigation is complete.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Euphoria is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective upon arrival.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please consider using a “Signature Required” service for higher-value items (>$200)
